Mobile VoIP on the iPhone




Matrix Knowledge Management has announced the release of VPhone 1.2, an update to its flagship mobile VoIP app for Apple's iOS4. The VPhone mobile voip app now has a completely new dial pad and voice engine. It looks better and has a much better performance particularly the premium version with the G729 codec. This premium voip app coupled with the low bandwidth codec like G729 definitely works better for voip calls over the 3G data network. In addition, there are now 3 configurable accounts users can utilize both for VoIP and SMS.
