AT&T has updated their Mark the Spot application with upcoming and completed network updates related to their submitted reports. The AT&T Mark the Spot application provides customers a means to provide feedback on network user experience to AT&T.

- Submit a real time report capturing local GPS coordinates at time and place of event, or
- Submit a report after the fact when a customer is not at the place where the event occurred
- Submit optional additional comments about an event
- Receive an SMS acknowledgement that the reported event was sent and received successfully
- View nearby AT&T Wi-Fi locations
What's New In This Version:
1) Users can now register to view news on upcoming and completed network updates related to their submitted Mark the Spot reports (when these news items become available).
NOTE: Because this information is now available within the app, users will no longer receive text messages.
2) New carousel menu to access additional features:
a) Network News includes feeds for national network news, your MTS area news, and your areas of interest by zip code.
b) Feedback allows user to fill out questionnaire and provide specific comments to AT&T.
c) Tips and optimization gives you techniques for improving home performance, data performance and battery life.

Idk about anyone else but when I reported a spot that I usually get two or three bars in, no I get zero every time I anywhere near that spot..!
